Are you looking for an opportunity to further develop your skills? And do you want to gain experience with professional sales administration? We are a part of an international award-winning company developing, marketing and producing content for the web. We are looking for a well-organized and detail-oriented assistant to assist our Business Development team (full-time).

Office Location: Better Collective, Niš, Serbia

Important note: It is necessary to reside in (or close to) the city of Niš to qualify for this position, since the work takes place in Niš. No admissions for remote work will be considered. Only applications submitted in English will be considered.

 

As our Business Development Assistant your key objective will be to support the team and take ownership of your tasks.You will be working closely with your team colleagues and quickly acquire an insight into various business activities.
Ongoing training and education will be a natural element in the job and you will become part of our dedicated team located in Niš - Serbia.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Assist with market research and competitor checks

  • Maintain and update various data portals

  • Administration of tests according to a set of guidelines

  • Conduct manual checks of material

  • Assist with new compliance needs

  • Implementation of promotional offers and campaigns

  • Help to ensure accuracy of information over our sites

  • Assist with ongoing projects

  • Maintain efficient processes for the Business Development team

  • Ad hoc practicalities
     

Desired skills and qualifications

You are very structured with a strong analytical mindset. You have a passion for delivering highly accurate work and you possess excellent English communications skills. Your interpersonal skills are well developed as well as your sense of urgency. Though not essential, an interest for sports betting or casino games would be considered assets.

Preferred qualifications

  • Fluent English (other languages will be considered an asset)

  • Some understanding about conversions rates would be preferred

  • Excellent attention to details

  • Flexible, able to multitask

  • Structured, good at prioritising tasks
