We are on the lookout for a talented Legal Student Assistant to assist and take ownership of legal tasks in our fast-growing, award-winning company. You’ll play a key role in the team and have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on company standards and procedures.

Hours: 15-20 hours per week.


As a Legal Assistant at our office in Copenhagen, you will be part of a talented, skilled and very ambitious team. The Legal Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the legal team, including carrying out administrative services, assisting with contract management and providing KYC information to our business partners. The ideal candidate for this position has a strong eye for detail, exceptional problem solving skills and is comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace.


  • Assist in the development and implementation of a central contract database.
  • Manage our various contract templates and related workflows.
  • Support with drafting and editing a broad range of commercial contracts.
  • Provide support and advice to the Business Development team in their work with our partners.
  • Provide support in our M&A due diligence processes.
  • Conduct legal research into a variety of commercial matters.
  • Assist with corporate administration across our offices in Copenhagen, Paris and Vienna.
  • Accomplish company goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Undertaking ad hoc administrative and clerical tasks as necessary.


  • Will have excellent organizational skills for setting priorities, working with multiple tasks simultaneously, and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and business partners.
  • An eye for accuracy and be highly detail-oriented.
  • Strong administrative and presentation skills.
  • Be proactive and self-motivated.
  • Adaptable and keen to learn.
  • Fluent in English with strong writing skills.
  • A enrollment in a legal degree is an asset.
  • Previous experience working in an administrative capacity is strongly preferred.
