Would you like to work with highly skilled specialists within Sites Reliability and cloud service and work closely together with DevOps and developers in a dynamic environment? We are on the lookout for a candidate that is ambitious to learn and seeking for challenges, to join our fast-growing, award winning company and take on the responsibility as a Sites Reliability Support.
Hours: 15-20 hours per week.


As a Sites Reliability Support you will help make sure that all domains and hostings are running nice and smooth. You will be a part of a DevOps group, with a focus on domain management. You will moreover be assisting with the new domain acquisitions.

Your role will be the company’s “go to” person for all domains and hosting questions. You will manage our domain portfolio and make sure it’s up to date. Also, you will help out with more domain or hosting related tasks through  our Helpdesk system.

You will be challenged and can expect a wide variety in jobs but also routine based tasks.


  • Domain management (DNS, NS, whois)
  • Transferring domains
  • Hosting platforms
  • SSL’s (issuing and installation)
  • Finding and updating missing sites credentials (FTP, WP, MySQL)
  • GitHub, HTML, PHP and Wordpress knowledge is a huge advantage


  • You have excellent organizational skills for setting priorities, working with multiple tasks simultaneously, and meeting deadlines
  • It is crucial that you are very well organised, pay attention to details and might even consider yourself pedantic. Nevertheless important that you are curious and a fast learner
  • You are ambitious in gaining knowledge and to educate yourself on topics you don’t master
  • You are not afraid to ask, but at the same time you are able to work independently, structured and focused on your tasks
  • You can use English language in a working environment with ease
  • You have a positive and open mind and you can see yourself in a team where knowledge sharing, collaboration and humour describe the everyday work environment
  • You are studying in the field of IT
