We are on the lookout for a top talent to join us as our new US General Manager, to setup our on-premise operations in US. We are looking for an outstanding US General Manager with experience and savvy who can ensure our continuing growth.

As US General Manager, you will be responsible for growing Better Collectives presence in US. The growth will originate from both M&A (acquired growth) and organic growth. The M&A activities will be carried out with our M&A team (10 acquisitions within the previous 12 months), and the organic growth will be ensured through building stronger commercial relationships with US based operators, as well as participating in building the marketing and content strategy with our marketing teams.



  • Execution of the strategy across the US regulated market

  • Build brand awareness strategy in line with regulations  

  • Develop strong relations with US iGaming stakeholders

  • Optimize commercial agreements

  • Build and prioritize M&A shortlist

  • Build US marketing and content strategy



  • Has vast experience in iGaming (minimum 5 years)

  • Has a broad network within the industry in the US

  • Has strong networking and relations building skills

  • Can execute plans quickly and efficiently

  • Is self-driven and motivated by developing new business areas

  • Experience in formulating strategies and executing such

  • Preferably has M&A experience

  • Is passionate about working with sports betting and casino


You will work closely together with both our Business Development team, our M&A team as well as other departments that are located in Europe.
